Full Frame Blocks
This series of block is for construction of single conductor type transmission lines. Sheave is casted by high strength heated Aluminum and fielded replaceable urethane sectors to protect the groove bottom. The block frame is galvanized frame to retard rusting with optional clevis attachment.
Helicopter Single Blocks
Completely constructed of lightweight and durable aluminum and suitable for stringing overhead single conductors, OPGW and earthwire using helicopter construction techniques. All blocks incorporate a spring loaded side gate for easy installation of the pulling rope and retention of the conductor. Urethane andNeoprene liner are available.
Full Frame Bundle Blocks
Bundle conductor stringing blocks with full frame construction, designed for stringing two to five conductors simultaneously on transmission lines.
Helicopter Bundle Blocks
Ideal for stringing multiple conductors with a single pulling line by helicopter technologies. Eccentric cam helicopter gate allows for smooth entry of pilot line by entering the bundle block from either side. The load is evenly distributed on both sides of the block at all times. No latches to open or gates to shut and lock.
Running Boards
Specifically designed for use with our multiple sheave stringing blocks for multiple conductors. A design thoroughly field tested and proven on many transmission line construction projects.The running boards are supplied with pulling rope swivels and conductor swivels to match line pull and tension requirements.
